Bleeding Moles
In common cases the mole which is bleeding or ooze is a reason to go to dermatologist. But even in this case the bleeding could be caused by irritation of the mole on the underwear or just a cut during shaving. In other cases the bleeding mole is an indicator for skin cancer. Remember that only a skilled dermatologist is able to set such a diagnosis. It is important to review the rules for moles examination and to take the history of your regular self exams – the Check Moles Lists that you already filled up.
Bleeding mole
Usually the bleeding is not the only sigh for melanoma. The mole has no symmetrical shape. It often itches (sometimes this is the reason for bleeding) have nonevent color.
In the other cases – when the mole is bleeding as a result of some trauma like shaving cut or catching it should be cleaned by physician for disinfection
